- Hundreds of other services with a co-pay, including fillings, crowns and cosmetic procedures—such as teeth whitening, bonding, veneers and orthodontia.
- Extra visits for cleanings and gum treatments during pregnancy and three months following delivery, as prescribed by the general dentist.
